AI governance
Whoever decides on AI needs to understand the risk. Whoever uses it needs to know the limit.
The program runs on two levels. For the board and executives: what AI changes in business risk, what is already being decided by models inside the company, and what regulation will demand of those who sign off. For the teams: what can and cannot go into a prompt, with examples from each team's own work.
We start by mapping what is already in use, including what nobody approved, because that use is usually where the hole opens. The content is written for your industry and your environment, since generic material is what makes employees click next without reading. The executive session ends with pending decisions named, not with a presentation filed away.
On your side, the program needs sponsorship from whoever convenes the board, access to the teams to collect real examples, and a channel to communicate the policy when it is part of the scope. In the organization-wide program, we record by name who completed each track and measure maturity before and after, using the same method, which is what auditors and clients accept as proof of an active program.
The choice between options is about reach. The executive program handles the conversation among those who decide and sign off. The organization-wide program takes the subject to the entire company, with a written and communicated policy, separate tracks for legal, IT, and business, and measurement of the change.
The stages and deliverables below describe the Leadership, policy and tracks per area modality. The other modalities appear when you request the proposal.
Opening assessment
A snapshot of the starting point: what exists, what is written down and what actually works. Progress will be measured against it at the end of the period, so we record it with method, not from memory.
Content production
We write the tracks using examples from your sector and your environment. Generic content is what makes people click next without reading.
Running the tracks
We run the calendar by audience, follow completion and chase whoever fell behind, area by area.
Maturity measurement
We measure before and after with the same instrument, so progress shows as a number rather than a perception.

Not a bundle, and it changes nothing you have already chosen. It is what tends to come up next, in the experience of companies that have been through this.
